High-acuity CTICU assignment in Louisiana with no call, day shifts only, and full travel covered.

Highlights

• No nights, no call, 12-hour day shifts only
• Adult CTICU with transplant and ECMO cases
• PRN or full-time blocks; flexible commitment
• Work alongside experienced intensivists and hospitalists

Practice Setting

• Inpatient-only Cardiac ICU at a major academic center
• Adult transplant and ECMO population
• Supported by CT surgeons and cardiac intensivists
• High-acuity care environment

Schedule

• 7a-7p shifts only; no overnights
• Open to PRN, ongoing, or 7-on/7-off blocks
• Manage 8-10 patients with 1-2 new daily admits
• Team-based coverage alternates daily admits

Cases and Procedures

• Heart and lung transplant care, ECMO support
• Vent management and full line placement required
• High-level ICU care; must be confident in critical procedures

Requirements

• Certified Physician Assistant with Louisiana license
• ACLS, BLS, and DEA required
• Must be proficient in critical care lines and management

Travel Accommodations

• All travel covered: flights, hotel, rental car, and mileage
