Who We’re Looking For
We are currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our provider team (Hemlock LLC). You must be residing in Mississippi and be licensed to practice telemedicine in the state of Mississippi as well as other synchronous telehealth states. This role is a contract-to-hire position. You will start as a 1099 contractor and then be eligible to be considered for full-time employment after 90 days.
What You’ll Do

Conduct consultations via phone, video, or asynchronously based on state telemedicine regulations, only within full-practice states

Provide exceptional patient care by using our custom EMR by evaluating patient records, diagnosing, and prescribing medication, and making lifestyle recommendations

Follow best practices and company-specific policies to best diagnose and treat patients

Foster an inclusive, non-judgemental environment for our patients by communicating compassionately with patients in our patient portal and answering patient questions related to care
This Role Could Be A Good Fit For You If…

You are based in Mississippi and have an active state license, and you have at least an additional 10 active independent state licenses in good standing including: AR, WV, DE, DC, KS, RI, VT

You have completed an accredited program with a national certification

You have ANCC board certification is required

You have a minimum of 2 years experience in primary care or reproductive care

You at least 1 year of telehealth or virtual care experience, preferably in a start-up environment

You have a great grasp of using online tools and technology to deliver a high-level of care and communication with patients
Visa sponsorship or transfer is not available for this position at present. Must be authorized to work in the country this requisition states.
